LED Lights

The wheelchair is equipped with LED lights at the back and on the sides, which light up in different colours depending on the situation. The lights are automatically activated when the wheelchair is switched on. You can dim the lights or switch them off completely using the app. The front lights are white. If you apply the brakes forcefully, the rear light lights up in bright red to alert oncoming road users (brake light).[3]

Turn Indicator

The side and rear LEDs can also be used as turn indicators. To activate the indicator, swipe the touchpad in the direction in which you would like to turn.[4]

Hazard lights

The LED lights also serve as hazard lights. In case of an emergency shutdown, the LEDs flash orange to alert bystanders to an unusual situation and advise them to be cautious. Depending on the version of the wheelchair, these hazard lights may vary. In the German version, the LEDs are not used due to country-specific road traffic laws and therefore these wheelchairs do not have hazard lights.
