Assistant Control (Accessory)
The assistant control for the BRO enables convenient operation by an attendant. With this accessory, the BRO can be operated flexibly and safely by an attendant. The assistant control can be purchased from Scewo or your partner.
To simplify operation for the attendant, the right/left movement of the joystick can be inverted in the app. For this, the assistant control must be activated in the software by Scewo or your partner.
The wheelchair may tilt backward, when crossing thresholds or uneven ground
When crossing thresholds or uneven ground, the wheelchair may tilt backward due to the balancing principle. This can cause the assistant control to be pressed strongly into the attendant’s hand.
Do not cover the sensors when climbing stairs
When climbing up the stairs, it must be ensured that the ultrasonic sensors remain unobstructed and are not covered by the attendant. For this reason, the attendant must not stand directly behind the wheelchair. Here you can find more information about the sensors:End-of-stair Sensors
Reduce maximum speed
To operate the wheelchair as comfortably as possible, the maximum speed should be reduced (Maximum Speed in Drive Mode). This reduces the wheelchair’s acceleration, making the ride smoother and less jerky.
