Send Device for Repair
If the device no longer functions properly (e.g. display LED constantly flashes red), please proceed as follows:
Check the battery voltage, wiring and error message of the device. Make note of: device type and serial number.
Contact your dealer, they will try to help you and discuss the next steps with you. If they recommend that you send the device in, please use the original packaging and enclose a brief description of the fault with the device.
