Warranty Terms (short form)
If your device develops a defect within the warranty period, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the device. They will ensure that your device is returned to you repaired as quickly as possible.
Scewo AG provides a guarantee for your device in accordance with legal and country-specific regulations (proof by invoice or delivery note).
Damage caused by wear and tear, overloading or improper operation or handling is excluded from the guarantee.
If third parties interfere with the device or the warranty seal is destroyed, any warranty claim will be void!
Complaints can only be accepted if you send the device to your dealer in its original condition (not disassembled!) in the original packaging.
Please note the information we require (see Maintenance/Repair section) so that we can carry out the repair quickly.
Scewo AG does not accept any transport costs or damages resulting from the failure of the device. Our general delivery, sales and guarantee conditions apply.
