Using the Car Ramp
This chapter explains how the car ramp should be used to load a load. Scewo recommends that you have a qualified person show you how to load an electric wheelchair into a car before using the car ramp for the first time.
Caution
Always follow the safety instructions provided by the load manufacturer regarding loading into a car, the maximum climbing ability of the load and the correct securing of the load in the vehicle!
![]() | Placing the two ramp sides on the trunk | Place the head of the right and left ramps on the trunk so that they rest firmly. Make sure that no parts touch the rear bumper and that the base of the car ramp has full contact with the ground. | ![]() | |
![]() | Attach fasteners | Lift out the connecting elements, turn them by 90° and click them into the form fit so that the connecting elements connect the right and left ramps. Make sure both connectors are clicked in. | ![]() ![]() | |
![]() | Load loaded | Once the car ramp has been securely attached to the trunk, the wheelchair can be loaded into the trunk. Make sure you drive up straight and that you and other people are at least one meter distance to the car ramp. Follow the load manufacturer's instructions for correct loading and securing. |
